Questions

Is this data legal to use?

Yes. Elevator registrations and inspection results are public records that states and cities publish or release on request. We collect, clean and organize them. Contacting building owners about your services is standard B2B outreach.

Why not pull it myself from open data?

You can. Texas publishes its elevator data as a download and NYC publishes devices and violations on NYC Open Data. The files list devices, not buildings, have no owner contacts and change format often. We do this work for you.

How fresh are the results?

We update the dashboard every month, after the state and city publish new inspection results. On Pro, saved filters email you when a new failure matches.

What if a record is wrong?

Click "Report a problem" on the record and we'll fix it. If the data isn't useful, the 30-day money-back guarantee covers you.

Will I be charged after the trial?

Only if you keep it. We email a reminder the day before your trial ends, and you can cancel in one click.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. No contracts. Cancel from your billing page and you won't be charged again.

Is my state covered?

We cover Texas and New York City today. Other states are added through public records requests. Tell us yours and we'll prioritize it.
